Another study, according to the Economic Times, is saying that the up and coming generations in the workplace have slightly different priorities than their parents and grandparents generations.
This study seems to indicate that they:
- they value freedom to participate in social media
- they would rather lose their wallets than their mobile device
- they prefer employment opportunities that provide mobile device flexibility and remote accessibility and would accept a job that paid less in order to gain these features
India and China lead the world with the vast majority of their younger population
